The Flock We Found

Baby Bird lives with Mama Bird, Papa Bird, and a lot of worry. Mostly Baby Bird worries when Papa Bird comes home. Sometimes he comes home too loud, or too quiet, or too...different. When all the birds in the tree decide to host a field day, Baby Bird hatches a plan. If he can win field day, Papa Bird will come home happy . . . right? With the help of Mama and all his neighbors, Baby Bird flies highest, builds a practically perfect nest, and catches the fastest worm! And Papa Bird doesn't even notice. Baby Bird is devastated.
