I have experienced this firsthand through long periods of isolation, as well as through years spent in close communal environments. I have witnessed how energy and group dynamics shape everything from conflict to creativity, and how a person can adjust themselves in order to create resonance, balance, and flow.
The band metaphor makes these experiences transferable and practical. Just as a band depends on the drums, bass, rhythm guitar, synth, and lead instrument working together to create music, human beings must learn to tune their frequencies in order to create harmony, cooperation, and creative momentum within a group.
