Actions of the 4th/7th Royal Dragoon Guards, May-June 1940

A detailed account of the regiment''s part in the 1940 Belgian campaign and the fall back to Dunkirk. Published in August 1941 less than a year after the events it describes, it was compiled from Squadron Diaries and personal narratives. By no means an official history, it was privately distributed and includes a Roll of Honour (KIA., POW., DOW., & Missing) and a short account of the Squadron''s previous posting in Palestine.
