An Uprooted Community - A history of Epynt

During World War II, 54 families were forcibly evicted by the War Office to turn Epynt into a firing range, a tragic destruction of a Welsh-language community which is little known today. This volum e records the history of the mountain and its people and, in parti cular, the events of 1939 and 1940.
