Norwegian cargo insurance

It is mainly based on the Norwegian Cargo Conditions 1995/2004, but some comments on the English Cargo Clauses are also included. All main issues in the Cargo Conditions are discussed.

This book is the first on cargo insurance in Norway, and will be of interest for insurance companies, cargo owners, carriers, freight forwarders and lawyers working with insurance questions. It will also be of interest for students and academics within the field of insurance law.
