Extreme Heat and Agriculture

The joint FAO–WMO publication aims to translate complex climate science into actionable insights for policymakers, development planners, and the broader agricultural and food security community. By focusing on the intersection of extreme heat and agriculture, it will help non-technical audiences understand the nature of the risks, the scale of current and future impacts, and the urgency of investing in adaptation and early warning. Digital editions of FAO publications are available on the FAO website as part of FAO’s Open Access policy.
