Sustaining Our Planet’s Water Resources - An Asia Pacific Perspective of SDG6

In the face of a changing climate, there is a dire need for sustainable sources of water to sustain humanity. This contributed volume presents a variety of case studies that detail issues related to SDG 6: Clean Water and Sanitation in Asia and India. Achievement of SDG 6 is critical, as many of the other SDGs cannot be achieved without adequate clean water and sanitation. The studies presented in this book provide an overview of the biotic and abiotic factors contributing to water pollution as well as ways this contamination can be remediated.
