Critical Appraisal for FCEM

This book has one main aim—to help students pass the critical appraisal element of the Fellowship of the College of Emergency Medicine examination. It allows readers to focus only on those aspects of critical appraisal that are most needed for practicing emergency doctors and those sitting for the examination. Included in the book are useful summary tables, take-home messages, and a set of practice self-tests with questions and answers. Appendices include a glossary of technical terms as well as a checklist of things to consider when assessing a study.
