FES-cycling is an emergent technology for physical rehabilitation, however the technical knowledge for clinical practice (clinical guidance) and equipment operation is not widespread. Thousands of scientific articles about FES-cycling have been published since 1980’s decade, but not a single book. This is the first book for FES-cycling use in clinical practice. It will enable healthcare professionals to optimize their patients’ rehabilitation, using a very promising technology for evaluation and treatment.
