The Biology of Oligodendrocytes

This is the first dedicated review of all of the major aspects of oligodendrocyte biology, including development, organization, genetics and immunobiology. Later chapters explore the role that damage to these often overlooked cells plays in diseases of the central nervous system, with a particular focus on multiple sclerosis.
