5S Auto Body Map

This form has two main purposes during your 5S Office program: to provide a current state and also document the new current state at the end of the workshop. It provides a bird’s eye perspective of the area to communicate to others outside the workshop the progress taken at just a glance. Using this form assists in solidifying a strong 5S Office program.
