Corporate Social Responsibility, Corporate Governance and Workplace Practices - A New Perspective

This work strongly argues that without fulfilling the social responsibilities, economic and legal obligations of a business organization simply becomes infructuous. The best course of action for business is to first serve its stakeholders, mainly its employees.
