The second edition of Evocative Coaching helps skillful coaches develop trust and unearth the values and fears that both motivate and block teachers from achieving all that they hope.

Using the LEAD (listen, emphasize, appreciate, and design) process, Evocative Coaches take a partnership role, ask questions, and co-create designs.
