RoboCup 2025: Robot World Cup XXVIII

This book constitutes the proceedings of the 28th RoboCup International Symposium, RoboCup 2025, which was held in Salvador, Brazil, during July 17-21, 2025. The 31 full papers included in these proceedings were carefully reviewed and selected from 70 submissions; the volume also includes 10 RoboCup Champions Papers. This year placed renewed emphasis on the long standing missionof the RoboCup Initiative: "By the middle of the 21st century, a team of fully autonomous humanoid robot soccer players shall win a soccer game, complying with the offcial rules of FIFA, against the winner of the most recent World Cup."
