Understanding the Role of Equity - Equity Focused Case Studies for Education Leaders

Leaders at both school and district levels need to understand the complexities of equity and its role in order to support their students and staff and to avoid the pitfalls that their colleagues have become victims to due to a lack of knowledge and perspective.
