British Book Trade Organisation - A Report on the Work of the Joint Committee

Originally published in 1939, British Book Trade Organisation is a twelve-year study of the methods of book sales in Britain. The Joint Committee issued three reports, which were summarised here along with the Committee’s Recommendations, and an indication of the kind if action that had since resulted.
