Priority and Prejudice - The Epistemology of Salience and Attention

This volume counters the view that prejudice against a particular group should be understood in terms of false or irrational belief in the inferiority of the group. It argues instead that prejudice can arise purely through the way an individual prioritizes, orders, or neglects information at their disposal.
