Zoe's Time to Shine - When You Want to Hide

Zoe’s Time to Shine is a warm, beautifully illustrated story that helps young children face shame and embarrassment by remembering that Jesus is near and they do not need to hide. Zoe Mouse loves to sing, but when she auditions for the school musical and does not get the role she expected, she feels exposed and humiliated. Wanting to disappear, she hides away until Papa gently helps her see that Jesus is with her in her shame and will give her courage to return. As Zoe learns to trust his love and help, children are shown that they can face hard moments without hiding from others.
