Censorship: Social Media, Big Tech and Government Contractors

The First Amendment prohibits the government from abridging freedom of speech. The Supreme Court has ruled that the government may not induce, encourage, or promote private citizens to do what the Constitution forbids them to do. There is now a great deal of evidence that the government has done just that. This book will provide evidence of the existence of a censorship industrial complex - a network of government agencies, government contractors, and big tech media platforms that have conspired to censor ordinary Americans and elected officials alike for holding disfavored views. It will also examine the Missouri v. Biden case challenging the administration’s violation of the First Amendment by directing social media companies to censor and suppress Americans' free speech.
