Young Peoples' Life and Schooling in Rural Areas

This book takes as a starting point the dominance of urban studies in educational research and the metrocentricity that operates nationally and internationally in relation to educational policy making. Through ethnography it identifies, explores, describes and analyses important dimensions of education justice, inclusion and equity in relation to rural educational experiences in the educational system of Sweden.
