Crimes against Humanity - Historical Evolution and Contemporary Application

This book retraces the evolution of crimes against humanity and their application in terms of both historic legal analysis and subject-matter content. A list of all countries that have enacted legislation directed at CAH is collected, along with all of the prosecutions that have occurred under national legislation.
