Ethnic Minority Identity - A Social Psychological Perspective

Addressing questions on ethic integration in society, this study examines the theoretical perspectives, both sociological and psychological, of ethnic minority identity, and reviews the empirical work done on ethnicity. It considers the implications of the findings for the integration of ethnic minority groups in Britain.
