IAEA Support to Cameroon for Nuclear Security Measures at the Africa Cup of Nations 2021

Robust nuclear security measures were implemented during Africa Cup of Nations 2021 in Cameroon. Coordination among law enforcement, customs and technical agencies with IAEA support led to resilient structures, strategic plans and operational frameworks designed to counter nuclear threats at a major public event.
