Reclaiming the Knowledge Economy - The Case of Alternative Agro-Food Networks

This book offers a critical analysis of the diverse knowledge and knowledge production  processes  through  which ‘alternative  agro-food networks’  can constitute a more plural ‘knowledge economy’.
