This Element provides an inquiry into the 'Reopen' protest movement against COVID-19 public health shutdowns. It synthesizes digital ethnography inside the movement and characterizes the movement's origin, growth, and evolution. It explains individual- and group-level dynamics of radicalization over time in response to content moderation.
