Selective Persecution: The Legalization of American Fascism explains how the infrastructure of fascism has already taken hold in the United States.

Weaving a narrative from her personal experience as a COVID whistleblower and her forty-eight minutes around and inside the US Capitol Building on January 6, Dr. Simone Gold walks readers through the array of COVID lies and corruption, the course of January 6 itself, her arrest, her prison experience and that of other women in prison, the Department of Justice process, the Federal Bureau of Prisons, corruption in the judiciary, and her fight against the California Medical Board, the New York Bar, Congress, TSA, FBI, and the press.

In 2020, Dr. Gold sidestepped the mainstream media to organize doctors and social media influencers to meet in Washington, DC, for a White Coat Summit. This was an entire day of physicians lecturing on topics such as: masks, lockdowns, schools, children, the healthy elderly, the frail elderly, early treatment, and Africa models. In the middle of the education day, participants walked to the Supreme Court steps and held a press conference. In eight hours, they had twenty million views, becoming the most rapidly viral video of all time.

Dr. Gold was among twenty scheduled speakers who accepted invitations to speak at the Capitol on January 6, 2021. However, their presentations were cancelled at the last moment, so she began to speak from the top of the Capitol steps.

Selective Persecution is Dr. Gold's story about how her words and actions were turned against her.
