Villa Victoria - The Transformation of Social Capital in a Boston Barrio

Villa Victoria is a neglected Puerto Rican enclave in Boston and provides the focus for this study of social capital. Small criticizes the theory that poor urban neighbourhoods are inevitably deprived of social capital and shows how a complex of social and economic factors needs to be considered.
