Conditions for Becoming a Democratic State

The aim of this book is to achieve a proper theoretical understanding of democracy through philosophical explorations. By these explorations we want to reach some unitary decision on at least three things. The first one involves the concept of democracy. The next one is concerned with the purpose of democracy.
