Postcolonial Liberalism

This book presents an account of postcolonial liberalism, and argues the case for its sustainability. It also confronts how liberalism has been used to justify and legitimate colonialism. Ivison argues that in a globalised world which relies on liberal rhetoric, there is a pressing need to re-shape liberal thought.
