Over-exploitation of groundwater and changes in climate over the past few decades has imposed immense pressure on groundwater resources. Considering the looming threat of water scarcity in the near future, it has become crucial to quantify and manage available water resources. As demand for water has increased across the globe for domestic use, agricultural irrigation, and industrial use, the need for groundwater development and management has also increased.
