With Thomas Demand, Philip-Lorca diCorcia, Andreas Gursky, and Jeff Wall, the exhibition spotlights four master photographers whose visual constructions call into question the possibilities and limits of human perception and the photographic medium. Both in analogue and digital form, these artists create unconventional perspectives on reality. Their spectrum of subjects ranges from fleeting scenes of daily life to enigmatic incidents and historic events.
