This book can be used alongside The Lang Lang Piano Method Level 1 but also works as a standalone method ideal for introducing young students to music theory.

Level 1 takes complete beginners on their first theory journey through a range of exciting exercises. Students are encouraged to explore notation beginning with identifying notes on the piano keyboard and simple note values and rhythms, gradually reading and notating selected treble and bass clef notes on the stave.
