This recipe book contains my favorite appetizers and cocktail recipes, including a brand-new cocktail, the "Stradka", which is made with the exclusive New Orleans "Strango" mixer. Strango is a blend of strawberry, lemonade and mango tea that I created and it pairs well with your favorite spirits.

Are you ready for good food? Well, Bite Your Tongue is open in Charlotte under the leadership of Chef Martine Courtney Clark. BYT has reopened as a ghost kitchen concept in The City Kitchen - West End location. The taste of N'awlins is available for take-out, deliver or dine in and there is a 16 seat room with tables and chairs. BYT also offers catering for many events large or small. We can meet whatever you need.
