Kitchen Connection - A Food, Recipe, and Mindset Journal

This work is so much more than just a place to write about your recipe notes or eating habits, but can do both of those things for sure. Full of food industry insight, tools of culinary school, guides on how to cook better and connect with food in a new way. Oh and yes recipes, but more importantly frameworks for you to be and achieve your gastro goals. A collection of musings by a coffee colored food scholar who wants to rethink and decolonize food. Food starts in your mind before it enters your body so let us be more mindful, joyful, and kind through food starting in the kitchen with this journal in hand.
