Dark Moon Rising, Saga of Storm Book 1 - Part 3

Seven years after fleeing the collapse of their father's Lysian Empire, the surviving members of the Ehlrich family have each adjusted in their own unique ways to a new life in their mother's homeland of the Stormlands. The realm's war with foreign aggressors has drawn to a staunch close, and mother, brothers, and sisters will be reunited for the first time since their exodus from the High East. Amidst the void of purpose amongst an aging Storm King and his Jarls, and with the close of their war with the Ardent Avant, a power struggle over the successor to the Tempest Throne forms. Embittered jarls and their lords conspire with a neighboring Trollish empire to bring about the Stormland's downfall, and an insidious enemy long locked away in a forgotten corner of the realm stirs to pursue its own enigmatic and malevolent goals.
