A new IRA has formed in the shadows under the very nose of MI5, who ignored vital intelligence from one of its controversial informants. This IRA reveals itself with a murderous first strike at the Commando Training Centre Royal Marines where 23 new recruits are killed. Infamous MI6 interrogator Francesca Ford is recalled from Syria to turn or kill the rogue marine, who planned the attack.
