Two minors, a boy and a girl, are victims of sexual abuse at a children-s home.

The boy escapes and grows to become a man on a mission: to hunt down and take out the abusers. But the girl remains trapped.

Following the discovery of a first murder victim, Officers Brady and Jones are called upon to investigate. Their team conduct interviews and discuss theories but make little headway until a second victim draws attention to the children-s home.

Unfortunately, Brady is distracted by his wife-s mental illness and Jones by her love life. Things become even more complicated when the two detectives realize they are falling in love. Meanwhile, Brady-s teenage daughter has become involved in the drug scene, leading to revelations which allow detectives to track down a group of people who had been children at the home.
