The first in a trilogy, Over Sea begins the story of Viking survival as seen through the eyes of female protagonist Bera, who comes of age both as a woman and visionary leader in a harsh, doubting world. As she discovers more about Valla passion and betrayal; struggling to find her own skills in healing, love and kinship; her visions reveal looming disaster. Bera must face terrible loss to save her people.
