Stolen Shroud

‘StolenShroud’ is an ingenious detective story about the theft of the famous TurinShroud which is then taken by the thieves to Paris. Medievalhistorian Max Quillan arrives in Paris to give lectures and learns that thesacred cloth has been stolen, days after he took part in a debate about it inTurin. He suspects the owner of the antique business adjoining his apartmentblock is connected to the theft. His suspicions deepen when his neighbour isfound dead in her locked apartment. Aside from the police investigation, hediscovers the shocking truth of who commissioned the theft, but when themysterious buyer is revealed, Max finds that by playing detective he has put himselfin danger.
