THE MULTI-MILLION COPY BESTSELLER

The epic Welsh crime thriller fiction series featuring the much-loved DI Ruth Hunter.

The vengeful have a long memory.

Called to a body found by the Berwyn river, DI Ruth Hunter and DS Nick Evans know something isn’t adding up. Mark Fisher, a once-renowned guitarist since lost to his addictions, has been murdered; the crime scene has been staged to look like suicide.

Ten years ago, Mark was responsible for a car crash that ruined lives. There are historical allegations of sexual assault against him. Plenty of people wanted Mark Fisher dead.

Then another apparent suicide is found and the hunt for a cold-hearted killer begins. Ruth and Nick must work out what links these deaths – before another victim pays the price.

A chilling police procedural with twists you'll never see coming. Perfect for fans of Neil Lancaster, LJ Ross and Sarah Ward.
