Connective Tissue

Based on the real-life family history of the author, Connective Tissue is a story of parallel mothers fighting to protect their families: of Helena, an air traffic controller living in present-day Scotland whose child is born with unexplained paralysis, and her grandmother, Dora, a single Jewish mother living in Nazi-era Berlin.
