The Covenant

Prequel to A Time for Silence. The Owens are tied to this Pembrokeshire land - no-one will part them from it dead or alive. At the close of the 19th century, their holding is hard won and run down by debt and poor harvest. The tragic death of the eldest son opens a crack in the family - saving her family, saving Cwmderwen, will change Leah forever and steal her dreams.
