The Life of Life

It is the summer solstice, and Life is busy preparing for her millennial midsummers feast. But as she awaits the arrival of her sister Death and their celestial guests, there is a distinct sense of unease in the air. Look closely and the signs are there: the water tastes sour, the light has changed and now an ominous tear has appeared in the dawn sky. Time advances with a new, dark urgency, and as the clocks tick, ancient rivalries ignite and loyalties are betrayed. The stakes couldn't be higher. Kaleidoscopic in scope and deeply felt at its core, The Life of Life is a dazzling and timely allegory of good and evil, and an anthem sung to sisterhood, the magic of community and the power of resistance.
