Dov Hoenig was born in 1932 in Romania. He is best known as an American film editor, and was nominated at the 66th Academy Awards in the category of Best Film Editing for The Fugitive. In addition, Hoenig was recognized for his editing on films such as Thief, The Last of the Mohicans, Manhunter, Heat, The Crow, Overboard, A Perfect Murder, Under Siege and Collateral Damage.
