Madam Morta's Phantasmagoria

Emmy Gagnant loves a good scare. After her parents mysteriously disappear while working on a horror movie, leaving Emmy and her brother Oscar in the care of their Aunt Millie, she becomes even more obsessed with the local Fright Feast short film contest — the very same contest Aunt Millie said her parents won long ago. The reward? Six winners will receive a Bloody Ticket and gain access to Phantasmagoria, the film studio of the legendary and elusive horror moviemaker, Madam Morta. Survive the night past those iron gates, outlast her competitors, and Emmy could win a secret grand prize that may spell untold fame and fortune …But Madam Morta is no ordinary movie producer. In her gothic labyrinth of abandoned horror sets, fiction and reality blur under the glow of magic lanterns, the earliest film projectors. Once inside, contestants must decide what they are willing to sacrifice to remain in Phantasmagoria: their art, their fellow filmmakers, their morals, their very souls?
