Language and the Law: International Outlooks

Scholarship in language and the law is these days developing at an unprecedented rate, as the academic presence and social impact of the field are becoming more and more significant in an ever growing number of national environments. This collection offers a glimpse into the work of scholars investigating the ways in which legal substance intersects with language description in a variety of legal and linguistic systems worldwide.
