Pedagogies of Culture - Schooling and Identity in Post-Soviet Tatarstan, Russia

Through an ethnographic study of schooling in the Republic of Tatarstan, this book explores how competing notions of nationhood and belonging are constructed, articulated and negotiated within educational spaces.
