Transnational Constitutionalism - International and European Perspectives

Leading scholars examine constitutional themes such as the nature of international and European constitutional models, the roles of the state and of courts, and the relationships between constituted orders. The themes are explored from a variety of perspectives and the study combines insights from international and European law and theory.
